    Digital Camera’s

More and more companies, amateurs and professionals are converting there microscopes from the 35mm photo format/SLR to the current digital CCD and CMOS chip camera’s.

With today’s current technology and practically everything done on computers, it is now easier than ever to capture an image, save it to a database and send it anywhere in the world by clicking a button.

Another feature is that nearly all the camera’s come with image analysis software. This allows you to take precise measurements and annotate the image.
